FolderTrack

Tell FolderTrack a file or folder that you need to keep past versions of. Everytime a file or folder is changed, renamed, deleted or added FolderTrack will automatically keep a record of it. You can then use foldertrack to review past versions of all your folders and files.

Folder Monitor is freeware designed to monitor what is happening in your folders with selectable visual and audial notifications.

This utility will actively notify you when any files within the specified folder or path are modified, added, renamed, or deleted. You can monitor local drives and server shares.
If a remote location is not reachable for a while, FolderMonitor will try to reconnect to the folder. It will allow you to monitor multiple locations. Additionally, you also have quick access to your system information as an additional information tool.

Folder Monitor also supports command-line arguments; see below.

FolderMonitor Dynamic Link Library

You can download FolderMonitor.dll for free from the download section on this page. After downloading the zip file, unzip it to a convenient location on your computer. In order to fix dll related errors, you need to copy the .dll file to the installation folder of the application/game, or install .dll file directly to Windows (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 10).

INSTALL DLL FILE TO PROGRAM FOLDER

· Copy the extracted FolderMonitor.dll file to the installation directory of the application or game.

· Check if the problem is solved. If the problem persists or you are not sure which software is having problems, install the file directly to Windows system folder.

REGISTER DLL FILE USING MICROSOFT REGSVR

· Copy the file to “C:\Windows\System32\”

· You can install the .dll file in both system folders without any problems. In order to complete this step, you must run the Command Prompt as administrator.

· Open the Start Menu and before clicking anywhere, type “cmd” on your keyboard.

· Right-click the “Command Prompt” search result and click the “Run as administrator” option.

· Paste the following command into the Command Line window that opens up and press Enter key.Even if inadvertently deleting an important file that was put in a folder, it notifies us that it operated, so free software that can immediately return to the original state is “FolderMonitor“is. It is also possible to monitor the creation / editing / renaming / deletion of the foil folder in the folder and to execute the specified command simultaneously with the notification.
