TROY ? The marketing drum beat has begun for the 2007 North American International Auto Show, which turns 100 in January. A new web site and a 100th anniversary commemorative screensaver have been developed by the show’s sponsor, the Detroit Auto Dealers Association.

DADA said the revamped web site is geared to assist NAIAS enthusiasts, media and exhibitors in finding updated information on the upcoming auto show, scheduled for January 13-21 at Cobo Center. Press days run next year from Jan. 7-9.

?We are very excited to offer this special commemorative screensaver, as well as a newly redesigned website,? said Bob Thibodeau Jr., NAIAS 2007 senior co-chairman. The NAIAS and its predecessor, the Detroit Auto Show, have a long and rich history in the metro Detroit region and we?re looking forward to celebrating that in 2007.?

If you can?t get enough of the auto show, you can view rare, historical snapshots of the auto show, as well as photos of the many exciting production and concept vehicles debuted at the show through the commemorative screen saver.
